I am a Holistic Health Coach, Plant-based Chef, Co-Owner of Veg Box, a vegan comfort food concept and Co-Founder of ManaFest, a conscious music and arts festival. My partner and I are also the visionaries behind ManaLandia, a beautiful waterfall permaculture farm in Costa Rica.
I was born in the Sonoran desert of Arizona and now in the rainforest of Costa Rica. I offer in-person and online coaching, cooking classes, wellness talks, and specialize in catering for wellness retreats.
I am an adventurous foodie on a mission to spread the healing magic of plants. I've traveled to over 30 countries studying indigenous healing practices and medicinal foods and cuisines. I love to experience culture through food; as well as the challenge of transforming any dish into a healthy plant-based version. Nourishment has been an empowering step on my healing journey, and I’m passionate about helping others get in touch with their innate healing powers. I believe that how we eat reflects all aspects of our lives and has a ripple effect on healing. Eating is an essential aspect of being human and all cultures revolve around eating. This is why I pursued nutrition and culinary studies. What we digest is the foundation to healing. My mission is to support others on their journey of healing, empowering them to be their own health expert and reach their wellness potential.
I am a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute. Additional studies are a B.A. from Evergreen State College, Certified Yoga Teacher, and on-going studies in plant medicine healing.
